Heartbeat has been developed keeping in mind the people at high risk of heart diseases. So the application is based on the proactive and agile approach to offer instant help anywhere & anytime. Device agnostics are available in collaboration with smart devices companies so consumers get instant access to fitness and medical reports through smart devices like smart scales, smartwatches and similar health & fitness devices.
A suite of clinical extension services allows patients to have online medical appointments, medical reports and prescriptions while at the comfort of their own space.

Quick & Reliable Communication
Heartbeat relies on several third-party APIs for stable communication. With WebSocket, the excess network traffic is filtered so the connection stays quick & stable. Email integration is a distinguishing feature of Heartbeat. Email facility was integrated using MailChimp.
Rich User Experience
Xeltec has developed a rich user UIX with HTML5, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Less. With context menu feature, navigating & exploring the application has become convenient. Heartbeat is set up and maintained on Heroku server for enhanced performance through rich application monitoring. Athena EMR integration provides increase the capability of the application with a suite of electronic health record systems.
Heartbeat Health’s Virtual-First Cardiology model has successfully demonstrated its effectiveness in three case studies: Naomi, who received a remote diagnosis for atrial fibrillation; John, who got a same-day echocardiogram, and Lucy, who received a comprehensive care plan after a heart attack The use of technology in managing cardiovascular care has significantly improved the accessibility and quality of care for patients. As a result of Heartbeat Health, CVD related hospitalizations & unnecessary diagnostics and procedures, both decreased by 25%. According to a survey, 46,000 deaths can be avoided annually if 70% of the patients suffering from diseases like hypertension get the right health care.
